"Korean barbecue" is a type of barbecue from Korea that is different from barbecue in other countries. "Korean barbecue" involves grilling meat and vegetables at your table, either at a restaurant or at one's home. Korean barbecue meat includes "bulgogi", which is thin, marinated beef, and pork belly, along with other types of meat. Side dishes such as kimchi, seasoned soybean sprouts and potato salad (along with many others) are served with Korean barbecue.
