What's "get out of" mean? Is this an informal English?

Yes, it is a casual expression. To "get out of" somewhere means to leave that place (often in a sudden, hasty way). Thus, to get someone out of somewhere means to get/force them to leave quickly. Ex: I'm changing! Get out of my room! Ex: There were snakes in the grass, so we got out of there as fast as we could.
