If it is called "French Crepes", would there be other versions as well? Such as "English Crepes" or "German Crepes" and so on.

Yes, flat and thin pancakes cooked in a pan or on a griddle exist in different forms all around the world. Crepe is a French word, so it wouldn't be used to describe a similar type of food in Germany or England, as they would have their own name in their own language (for example, they're called Palatschinken or Pfannkuchen in Germany). However, "English crepe" or "German crepe" might be used to describe it to someone unfamiliar with the dish (although never used officially, of course)!
