Good question! Soft skills are personality traits or interpersonal skills like leadership, communication, and teamwork. They are different from hard skills, which are skills that are learnt through hands-on experience, training, or education. For example, computer programs or technical skills that can be measured and learnt from/taught to others. Having both soft and hard skills is important. Hard skills - mathematics, Python, Microsoft Office, etc. Soft skills - time management, stakeholder management, communication, etc.
