When something is "meant to" or "supposed to" (a similar expression) do something, it means that it is intended to or designed to do something. Here, "it's meant to reflect the world around you" means "it's intended to/designed to reflect the world around you." Ex: This product is meant to make your life more convenient. Ex: The movie is meant to make viewers reflect on their own lives. Ex: It's supposed to make you happy, not sad.
