"Fatigue" is an intense feeling of tiredness and lack of energy. It's a kind of exhaustion. It can come from mental or physical exertion as well as being sick. You can use it to name a symptom of a sickness, or maybe when you have been working or doing too much, and you feel this way. Ex: I haven't been sleeping well. I think I have fatigue now. Ex: She felt so fatigued on the weekend she couldn't get out of bed. Ex: I hope we don't feel fatigued after travelling for more than a day.
