"Have/has to do with" means to be linked or connected with something or someone else. They're connected to a certain extent or in a certain way. You can use it when you want to say or clarify what's linked to something or how two topics or things are connected. Ex: This has nothing to do with the current conversation, but do you know when we're getting our new books? Ex: I don't understand. What do donuts have to do with bicycles? => seemingly unrelated Ex: The problem has to do with our papers being late.
