I use the term "Copy and paste" when I work with a PC. But could I use it for offline materials as well?

Good question! It could be used figuratively. If you want to say something was "as if" or "like" it was copied and pasted, then you could use it. But, practically, it's only used when you copy and paste something on a technological device. Ex: Her outfit looks like it was copied and pasted from Taylor Swift's concert outfit. Ex: I'll just copy and paste the image onto the document.
