Can I use the word "breed" to human as well?

No, the word "breed" in this context can only be used for certain animals or plants. It would sound unnatural and strange to use "breed" for humans. This is mostly because other animals like dogs are much more different within a species than humans are, and so "breed" is necessary to refer to a specific type. However for humans, we have different words to classify our differences since are differences are much less obvious than other species. Some of the words that can be used to classify humans are "race", "ethnicity", "nationality", "religion", "height", etc.
