Is there an expression "huff and puff"? and what does it mean if there is?

"Huff and puff" is an expression! It means to breathe heavily, usually when exhausted. Or it can be used to express annoyance, usually along with sighing. Even "huff" by itself would express annoyance! Ex: I was huffing and puffing after running up the stairs. Ex: Stop your huffing, and help me take the groceries inside. => stop acting annoyed
