In the film context, a set is a artificially-constructed scene where a show takes place (the world within a show). Meanwhile, a studio is the larger place where filming happens (i.e. the building or place where films are made), or the film production company that makes the films. Ex: There are over 20 film sets in this studio. Ex: This film set is so cool! It looks really real.
