"Here/there you go" is an informal expression used in response to a number of things. It can be used when giving something to someone, usually after a request for the thing, or it can mean something like, "there's your answer (to your question)." Ex: Here you go, here's the pen you asked for. Ex: A: Why is mom upset? Is it because she got into an argument with Dad? B: There ya go.
