"Sense" means the ability to recognize or react to something, especially with the five main senses: touch, taste, smell, see and hear. Ex: I have an excellent sense of smell. Ex: Animals can sense things before humans can. Ex: He could sense that something bad was going to happen. "Feel" has a few different meanings. It can mean experiencing something physically or emotionally. Ex: I felt sad after my grandfather passed away. Ex: I'm not feeling well. (This means that you feel sick or unwell) It also can mean touching something. Ex: Her sweater feels so soft! Ex: The table felt sticky after the kids ate their snacks. It can also mean having a particular attitude toward something. Ex: I feel as though she should apologize for what she did. Ex: He felt like he was cheated out of money.
