"Fire and rescue" means that firefighters are going to use their tall ladder to rescue someone. Usually, fire and rescue means that firefighters are attempting to rescue people that are stuck in a burning building, but they do rescue animals in bad situations, like Griz was. Ex: The firefighters performed a fire and rescue to save the child from the burning home. Ex: We need to perform a fire and rescue to save them!
