"Back to you" is a type of news anchor and reporter terminology. When news reporters and presenters switch between news segments with different people you'll hear "Let's go to..." to indicate that another reporter is going to report the news. Then that news reporter would say "Back to you" to signal that they're done with their segment, and the camera can go back to the main news presenter. Ex: News presenter: Let's go to Terry with the weather. Reporter: Thank you, Jane. Today is going to be cold in... And that's the weather for today. Back to you, Jane. News presenter: Thank you, Terry. We have breaking news...
