"Toit" here is just a funny way of saying "tight," which is often used to compliment or describe muscles or a part of the body that looks fit, muscular, or in good condition. "Tight" is also a slang term used to say things are cool or good. Ex: Your biceps are looking tight! I see you've been working out a lot. Ex: Tight car! When did you get it?
