Which one is the correct form? "You surely can"? Or "You sure can"? Or Are they interchangeable expressions?

"You sure can" is more natural to say as a response to something. The word "surely" is often used as part of a question or assumption rather than a statement. Ex: Surely you can go tomorrow instead of today? Ex: They were late again today. Surely if they just left earlier they would be on time? Ex: You want me to mow the lawn? Sure! I'll do that a bit later.
