So, If you wear your heart on your sleeve, you show your emotions so much that people can easily see what you're feeling. Ex: I appreciate how authentic she is in that she wears her heart on her sleeve. Ex: Someone told me I'm too sensitive and that I shouldn't wear my heart on my sleeve. But I'm not going to listen to them.
