Yeah, maybe not EVERY day, but it's definitely said sometimes!! It's usually said when frustrated by or tired of someone who keeps speaking. Ex: Put a sock in it, Henry. You're distracting me! Ex: Just put a sock in it, Terry! I don't need to hear you complain again.
