Can I say "grave raider" just like "tomb raider"?

Technically, you can! However, the term isn't as common as tomb raiding. This is due to the simple fact that tombs usually held the valuables and possessions of wealthy and powerful people, so they were more attractive to criminals. People buried in regular graves just simply weren't as wealthy, so they weren't usually popular targets for raids.
