student asking question

Would it be okay to use two identical pronouns in a single sentence? I was curious because these "it"s represent the same object!

Ah, so here! The one "it" represents the flower in front of the car and the last "it" refers to the type of flower they're looking for, which isn't the one in front of them. I'd say this sentence sounds particularly child-like and may not be commonly used, but it does make sense. There are other instances where the same pronoun appears in the same sentence. That's because the pronoun "it" always refers back to something else. Ex: It didn't happen like I thought it would. Ex: It wasn't it. = the object wasn't the object I thought it was.
