"Intact" means in its original state, not damaged. "Intact" does not have the same meaning as "mint-condition" or "in good shape." "Mint-condition" means that a pre-owned item is in perfect condition, doesn't have any visible damage to it, and looks brand new. "In good shape" means that the item still looks nice, but it may have some slight damages or imperfections to it, it's still usable. Ex: Many artifacts are still intact even after hundreds of years. Ex: His guitar is in mint condition. Ex: The car is in good shape.
