I heard people say "got it" a lot. In what other contexts can it be used? What's it mean in those different contexts?

We can use "got it" to say that we understand something. We can also use it to say that we found something or have something, for example, I got the missing book or I got the flu. Ex: You don't have to explain it further; I got it! = You don't have to explain it further, I understand. Ex: Ah, I got it! I've been looking for my wallet all day long. = I found my wallet! I have been looking for it all day long.
