What is " 'im"?

<'Im> is a contraction of <him>! In this case, the apostrophe fills in for the letter "h." This is done because of how the woman speaks. The way she says <him> sounds more like <'im>. So then it is written that way as well. Ex: I don't know 'im well. Ex: She likes 'im.
