What's "bleachers" mean here? Does it have to do something with "bleach" that's used for laundry?

No! Here "bleachers" is quite different, although I can see why you'd think so. "Bleachers" are the stands or seating areas for people on sports fields or in a sports auditorium during competitions and games. They kinda look like lots of benches stacked on each other! Ex: Before the game begins, let's find a seat on the bleachers. Ex: The bleachers are so crowded today.
