I want to know the difference between "all right" and "alright". Can I use "alright" instead of "all right" here?

Good question! In spoken form, "alright" and "all right" are interchangeable. "Alright" is just the modern spelling of "all right." So if you are writing formally, I'd suggest using "all right" just in case. But, these days, it's more common to see and read "alright" in most informal communication. So, yes! You could use "alright" instead of "all right" here. Ex: Alright. We're leaving = All right. We're leaving. Ex: Alright, I'm gonna go now. => casual Ex: In the end, everything was all right. => more formal
