There is a difference between "everybody" and "everybody else". "Everybody" is a general term that means "every person". "Everybody" could include the speaker and the people the speaker is referring to, or not include the speaker. "Everybody else" specifies that the speaker is referring to other people, not including themselves. Ex: Everybody in this room is a doctor. Ex: He always gives work to everybody else, but he doesn't do any work himself.
