"Big leagues" refers to the highest level of competition in North American sports. Such as the baseball league and the football league. When Bee says, "That's how you get to the big leagues", I believe he's referring to the way he "threw" or shot the transformer far away, the same way you'd throw a baseball or football in a "big league". Ex: My son's a baseball player. He's played in the big leagues. Ex: With that throw, you could get into the big leagues!
