Good question! Georgia has historically been a very important agricultural state in America, due to it having a warm climate, long growing seasons, and lots of farmland. Among its most famous crops, it is especially famous for its peaches, called "Georgia peaches." Thus, you'll often hear this reference in pop culture. Now, with Justin Bieber's song, the fact that Georgia grows many peaches has become internationally known - however, note that "I got my peaches out in Georgia" isn't meant to be taken literally here. It is likely a euphemism for something else.
