To "be on borrowed time" is an informal expression used to mean that one doesn't have much time left. In this video, the speaker is making a joke that he doesn't have much time left to live, because "Kyle" is the name of a young person. He says that it's rare to see "old" Kyles. Ex: I hope I can achieve my dream soon. I'm on borrowed time. Ex: The accident was catastrophic. The ambulance rushed to the scene, knowing the victim was on borrowed time.
