"Won't you?" as a question, is a polite way of requesting someone to do something, similar to "please". Or it can be asked to confirm if someone is going to do a specific thing. It's usually paired with a direct sentence or request. You can use this when you want to be polite in formal and casual circumstances! Ex: Make me some tea, won't you? Ex: Won't you help me with these bags, Jamie? Ex: Call everyone in for a meeting, won't you? Ex: You'll ask him to the dance, won't you? Ex: You'll take me shopping, won't you?
