Yes, this means the same thing! They're both exclamations in which the speaker is asking advice for the next step or action they should take. Sometimes, they may be used to indicate that the speaker is at a loss for words/what to do (and not necessarily that they are seeking any advice). Ex: Uh oh, I messed up this calculation.
