"There you go" is an informal expression used in response to a number of things. It can be used when giving something to someone, usually after a request for the thing, or it can mean something like, "there's your answer (to your question)." In this case, Chandler has used it to express the fact that you cannot change the situation of his friend not liking Janice, so he has to accept it. Ex: There you go, here's the pen you asked for. Ex: A: Why is mom upset? Is it because she got into an argument with Dad? B: There ya go.
