A "seal" is either used as a type of signature or it literally "seals" or closes something. Whereas a "sticker" could be used as a seal but has many possible uses depending on the type of sticker. Here, they're talking about fun children's stickers! Ex: I got a cool sticker for my laptop at the stationary store. Ex: I don't know what to seal the envelope with. Ex: I marked the contract with our company seal, so it's official.
