Q. I purchased the membership but I’d like to get a refund for it.
Once the membership is activated, refund is not available anymore. It’s refundable only if it’s not activated yet. If you haven’t activated yet, please click 🎧 icon at the right bottom in the app to talk to the CS team.
Q. I clicked the membership link before downloading the app and signing up. What should I do?
When the link is clicked before the app is downloaded, the webpage for downloading the app will be shown. You can download and sign up in the page. Then, click the link in your mobile to have the membership applied to your account.
Q. I have downloaded the app, but not yet signed up. But the membership is already registered. I’d like to use the membership with my new account, what should I do?
Even if you register the membership before signing up, the membership will be automatically applied to your new account once you make one.
