Yes, the phrase "what do you say?" can also be used when you suggest something and want to get someone's opinion on it. it is a little bit less formal than "what do you think?". Ex: Hey, we can go to the park tomorrow, what do you say? Ex: Let's go to the party tonight, what do you say?
