Yes, there is another way to say "I'm never getting over you" and express the same meaning. You can also say "I'm never moving on from you". To "move on" from someone in this context has the same nuance as to "get over" someone. Aside from this alternative, there are not really any other ways to express this. Ex: It was difficult to move on after the breakup. Ex: He is having a hard time moving on from her.
