"Leak-proof" is an adjective used to describe things that do not leak. In this video, "leak-proof" is used to explain that the container being spoken about has been designed to prevent leaks. Ex: This container is leak-proof, so it is perfect for transporting food over long distances. Ex: My water bottle was not leak-proof, so the documents on my desk got wet.
