To "get turned around" means to get lost, to lose your way. Here, "it's easy to get turned around" means "it's easy to get lost (figuratively)." Ex: Don't worry if you get turned around. You'll find your way eventually. Ex: I got turned around a lot in my 20s, but I'm slowly finding my way now that I'm in my 30s.
