What's "all while" mean? Does "all" have to be added there?

One could omit "all" here. However! The "all" emphasizes that while doing one important thing, they can do everything else too. It also works well since there's quite a long list of things before the final point, whereas "while" by itself is often with one other action. Ex: How am I supposed to cook, look after my little sister, and clean, all while studying for my test tomorrow? I'm not superman. Ex: How am I supposed to look after my little sister while studying for my test tomorrow?
