"Junk" here is a slang word used to refer to a male's private parts. It does not refer to drugs or alcohol. This is what Kevin Hart is referring to here in this video, and why Ellen bursts out laughing. Ex: He's got a lot of junk in his trunk, if you know what I mean. Ex: I didn't feel my trunks fall off because I have a lot of junk, Ellen.
