"I am all about that" means that you are really interested in something. She is telling Gene that she is interested in him being himself instead of changing. Ex: I am all about being a free spirit. => this means to be interested in doing what you want to do when you want to do it. Ex: We are all about free food! Ex: He's all about baseball. That's all he can talk about.
