Kiwi asks…
What does "Never Land" mean?
Answer from a Native speaker

Rebecca
"Neverland" is a fictional island in the story of "Peter Pan," where children never grow up, and there are mermaids and pirates. The full name of the island is "Never-Never Land." It's now a phrase to refer to an ideal imaginary place. Ex: She's living in never-never land if she thinks she doesn't have to study to pass the exam. Ex: I wish we lived in a never-never land where no one has to suffer. Ex: In the story of "Peter Pan," Peter Pan lives with the Lost Boys in Neverland.
