Can i replace "treatments" with "work"? Does the host try to be casual and funny by using "treatment"?
"Window treatments" is a term that means the interior decoration for a window or window frame, such as trim, curtains, blinds, and so on. For this reason, "work" is a bit too general and vague to be a substitute for "treatment." Instead, it would be better to say: Ex: I like the way you've done the windows. = I like the way you've done the window decorations. = I like the way you've decorated the windows.
