Great question. The word "wicked" has two extremely different meanings, depending on if it is being used formally or informally. If something or someone is very bad, evil or cruel, then you can describe it/then as wicked. This obviously is a negative use. However, when you use it in it's informal slang context, it can also mean good, excellent or awesome. That is how it is being used here. She is saying that being a security guard in America must be awesome. Ex: That serial killer is clearly a wicked man. Ex: The music last night was wicked. I had so much fun.
