student asking question

Is it right to skip "do" at the end of this sentence? I thought "You just do what your boss tells you to do?" is right.

Yes, the "do" has been omitted while speaking here. You can choose to include it or not, but the speaker has likely omitted because it is already spoken earlier in the sentence, and implied towards the end. Ex: Don't do everything people tell you to (do). Ex: He does everything people tell him to (do).
