What does " 's" mean in this sentence, "is" or "has"? How is it different if I apply "is" and "has" each?

Here, " 's" means "is". "Has" is not correct to use here, so only "is" can be used. If you said "body is", the meaning would not change, it would just be a longer way of saying "body's".
