"Do you + verb" is normally used in question while "you do + verb" and "you + verb" are used in statements. However, when "you do + verb" is used in a question, it can express more of a sarcastic tone, or it can be used to express that someone should know better. Ex: You do know that we have food here, right? Ex: Do you know that we have food here?
