"Until" means up to the point. She is saying the monkey was cute up to the point, however the host made a statement and cut her off so she reframed her statement after the host spoke. She is not stuttering. She was probably going to say that everyone thought the monkey was cute until he relieved himself on her head. Ex: I was fun until I fell I sprained my ankle. Ex: It was fine until they started arguing. Ex: Let's just wait until he gets home.
