It seems unusual to use "first-amendment" as a verb as in "Don't first-amendment me". Does it mean "Don't explain about the first-amendment to me?"
This isn't a typical verb. The first amendment in the United States is freedom of religion, expression, assembly, and right to petition. When he says, "don't first-amendment me," he is telling this woman that he knows what the first amendment is and she shouldn't use it against him.
